摘要 双钙基湿法脱硫pH调控技术是指在石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫浆液循环泵入口管道上添加钙基脱硫剂Ca(OH)2浆液,利用其高pH值和高活性的特性,提高循环泵出口浆液(喷淋层)的pH值,可实现在机组相同脱硫效率的情况下降低液气比,大幅降低燃煤发电机组厂用电,从而实现节能减排的目的。 The double calcium based wet desulfurization pH control technology refers to adding a pH regulator,namely a calcium based desulfurizer Ca(OH) 2 slurry,to the inlet pipe of the circulating pump for limestone gypsum wet desulfurization slurry,making use of the high pH value of Ca(OH) 2 slurry to improve the pH value of the slurry(spray layer) at the outlet of the circulating pump,which can reduce the liquid gas ratio and greatly reduce the auxiliary power consumption of coal-fired power generation units under the same desulfurization efficiency,So as to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction.
