圆盘脱水机在循环流化床锅炉烟气超低排放改造中的应用

Engineering Application of Disc Filter for DewaterinIn Flue Gas of Ultra-low Flue Gas Emission of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

介绍了真空滤布圆盘脱水机在2×220t/h循环流化床锅炉烟气超低排放改造项目中的实际应用,结果表明,新安装圆盘脱水系统能将从石膏旋流器底流来的50%浓度的石膏浆液进行脱水处理,处理后的石膏表面含水率不超过10%,该设备运行稳定,相比真空皮带式脱水机具有占地小、能耗低的优势,尤其适用于场地受限的超低排放改造项目中。

Connecting withthe engineering practice,the vacuum filter cloth disc dehydrator was used in flue gas of ultra-low flue gas emission of 2×220t/h Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler is introduced.The results indicated that the new disc filter for dewaterin system can gypsum dewatering which comes from Gypsum cyclone bottom with 50% concentration,the moisture content of the treated gypsum surface shall not exceed 10%.Compared with the vacuum dewatering machine that the disc dewatering machine needs less area and energy consumption which is suitable to the unit expansion and the modification project of ultra-low emission retrofit.
