微党课是互联网时代产生的一种新型课程载体,是探索多样化教育教学模式的新思路。微党课可以丰富国企基层党支部党课的教育形式,拓宽党课教育渠道,增强党课设计能力及管理能力。本文分析了新时期国企基层党员思想建设面临的问题,阐述了微党课在加强国企基层党员思想建设、强化党性教育中的重要意义,提出了微党课在加强国企基层党员思想建设中的思路对策。

Micro Party class is a new type of course type produced in the internet era and a new idea to explore diversified education and teaching modes.Micro Party courses can enrich the educational forms of Party courses in the grassroots Party branches of state-owned enterprises,broaden the sources of Party courses,and enhance the design and management ability of Party courses.This paper analyzes the problems faced by the ideological construction of grassroots Party members of state-owned enterprises in the new period.It also expounds the significance of micro Party courses in strengthening the ideological construction of grassroots Party members of state-owned enterprises and strengthening the Party spirit education,and puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of micro Party courses in strengthening the ideological construction of grassroots Party members of state-owned enterprises.
