本文以国有科研企业的实际为出发点,将新时代新形势下党的建设工作要求与科研型基层党支部特点相结合,分析了国有科研企业加强基层党建工作的重要意义,梳理了党建工作中存在的突出问题,有针对性地提出改进提升措施,为切实把基层党组织打造成科研攻关的坚强战斗堡垒、提升基层党建工作质量提供了思路措施。
