摘要
围绕中国石化海外石油工程项目经理领导力建设,通过专家访谈、调查问卷等方式建立海外石油工程项目经理领导力模型,以墨西哥国家石油公司一体化服务项目为研究对象进行模型验证。该模型对于中国石化选拔和培养海外石油工程项目管理人才具有借鉴意义。
Centering on the leadership construction of SINOPEC overseas petroleum engineering project managers,this paper establishes the leadership model for overseas petroleum engineering project managers by means of expert interviews and questionnaires,and verifies the model with the case study on the integrated service project of Peme.This model is of reference significance for SINOPEC to select and train personnel for overseas petroleum engineering project management.
