摘要
本文通过探析华为公司在干部培训方面的典型做法,从培训理念、培训项目体系、培训项目运行以及培训资源保障等方面,提出中国石化开展管理人员培训的相关建议。
Based on the analysis of Huawei’s typical practices in management training,this paper puts forward some suggestions on SINOPEC management training in terms of training concept construction,training project system construction,training operation management and training resource construction.
