摘要
绿色发展是国家高质量发展的必由之路,企业需要肩负起生态建设的使命。从组织变革的角度,企业的绿色发展有环境规制、消费者与供应商的绿色需求以及高管绿色发展价值观等驱动因素,也面临着组织惯性与组织风险的变革阻力。文章进一步提出了政府多样化环境引导、监督与扶持、公众多元化参与绿色发展实践、演化绿色发展型多元领导风格、探索企业绿色发展导向业财融合系统、数字化构建企业绿色供应链、共筑绿色发展竞合联盟的组织变革路径,以期能为企业落实绿色发展政策提供一定建议。
Green development is the inevitable course to national high-quality development,and enterprises need to shoulder the mission of ecological construction.From the perspective of organizational change,the green development of enterprises is driven by environmental regulations,green requirements of consumers and suppliers,and the green development values of senior executives,but also faces the change resistance of organizational inertia and organizational risk.This paper further puts forward some organizational reform paths such as government diversified environmental guidance,supervision and support,public diversified participation in green development practice,evolution of green development oriented diversified leadership styles,exploration of enterprise green development oriented integration system of business and finance,digital construction of enterprise green supply chain,and joint construction of green development co-opetition alliance,in order to provide some suggestions for enterprises to implement green development policies.
