我国原油进口贸易存在的问题及对策研究

Research on current problems and countermeasures of Chinese crude oil import

随着中国经济的持续快速增长,国内能源需求和消费猛增,对外依存度不断攀升。文章从中国原油进口的规模和来源分析了进口贸易中原油对国外的高度依赖、进口资源的相对集中、政治风险和运输风险等问题。针对这些问题提出了提高国内供应能力、降低内需刚性、建立多元化的原油进口方式、逐步提高原油战略储备、建立渠道保护机制等就解决方案。这对维护中国的能源安全具有重要意义。

As China's economy continues to grow rapidly,domestic energy demand and consumption have soared,and its dependence on foreign countries has continued to rise.This paper analyzes some issues in import trade from the scale and source of China's crude oil imports:the high dependence of crude oil on foreign countries,the relative concentration of imported resources,political risks and transportation risks.Proposed possible solutions to these problems:increasing domestic supply capacity,reduce the rigidity of domestic demand,establish diversified crude oil import methods,gradually increase the strategic reserve of crude oil,establish channel protection mechanisms.This is of great significance for maintaining China's energy security.
