鳃裂囊肿恶变影像学表现1例

CT manifestations of branchial cleft cyst with malignant transformation:a case report

摘要 该文报道1例鳃裂囊肿癌变的影像学表现。患者男,55岁,偶然发现颈部无痛性包块1年。CT示右侧颈部下颌角与舌骨间、胸锁乳突肌前缘类圆形囊实性肿块,囊壁厚薄不均,可见分隔,增强后实性成分及分隔强化。病理诊断为鳃裂囊肿癌变。术后2个月复查MRI示肿瘤复发。
