摘要
目的探讨孕早、中期子宫动脉超声联合血清Salusin-α、细胞因子信号转导抑制因-3(SOCS-3)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)检查在妊娠高血压中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2020年3月至2021年5月德州市妇幼保健院收治的50例妊娠高血压孕妇临床资料并设置为病例组(n=50),选取同期在德州市妇幼保健院建档的50名健康孕妇临床资料设置为健康组(n=50)。比较两组孕妇孕早、中期的子宫动脉RI、S/D、PI和血清Salusin-α、SOCS-3、TNF-α水平以及不良妊娠发生率;分析子宫动脉超声联合血清血指标检查判定妊娠高血压的效能。比较正常妊娠与不良妊娠孕妇的子宫动脉血流参数和血清Salusin-α、SOCS-3、TNF-α水平。结果病例组孕早、中期的子宫动脉PI、TNF-α、RI均高于健康组,Salusin-α、SOCS-3、S/D均低于健康组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。子宫动脉超声联合Salusin-α、SOCS-3、TNF-α判定妊娠高血压的准确性为91.00%、敏感度为88.00%、特异度为94.00%。不良妊娠孕妇孕早、中期的PI、RI、TNF-α均高于正常妊娠孕妇,孕早、中期的S/D、Salusin-α、SOCS-3均低于正常妊娠孕妇,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕早、中期子宫动脉超声联合Salusin-α、SOCS-3、TNF-α检查能够为妊娠高血压的诊治提供科学参考数据,有效评估妊娠高血压患者不良妊娠风险。
Objective To investigate the application value of uterine artery ultrasound combined with serum Salusin-α,suppressor of cytokinesignaling-3(SOCS-3),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)examination in the early and middle trimester of pregnancy in pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods The clinical data of 50 pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension in Dezhou City Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2020 to May 2021 were retrospectively analyzed and set as the case group.The clinical data of 50 healthy pregnant women filed in Dezhou City Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital in the same period were set as the healthy group.The uterine artery RI,s/d,PI,the levels of serum Salusin-α,SOCS-3,TNF-αin the early and middle trimester of pregnancy,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy were compared between the two groups;the efficacy of uterine artery ultrasound combined with serum blood index examination in the determination of pregnancy induced hypertension was analyzed.Uterine artery blood flow parameters and serum Salusin-α,SOCS-3,TNF-αlevels were compared between normal and abnormal pregnancies.Results PI and TNF-αof uterine artery in early and middle pregnancy of case group,RI was higher than that of healthy group,the levels of salusin-α,SOCS-3 and s/d were lower than those in healthy group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of uterine artery ultrasound combined with salusin-α,SOCS-3,TNF-αpregnancy induced hypertension were 91.00%,88.00%and 94.00%,respectively.PI,RI and TNF-αin the early and middle trimester of adverse pregnancy were higher than those of normal pregnant women,s/d and Salusin-α,SOCS-3 in the first and second trimester were lower than those of normal pregnant women,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Uterine artery ultrasound combined with salusin-α,SOCS-3,TNF-αexamination in the first and second trimester of pregnancy can provide scientific reference data for the diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension,and effectively evaluate the risk of adverse pregnancy in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.
