PDCA循环管理对提高幼儿留取尿标本成功率的影响

Effect of PDCA Circulation Management on Improving the Success Rate of Urine Sample Collection in Children

目的:分析PDCA循环管理对提高幼儿留取尿标本成功率的影响。方法:回顾性分析2020年2月-2022年4月邵武市立医院儿科收住院的120例进行尿标本采集的幼儿的临床资料,根据不同尿标本采集管理方案将幼儿分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用集尿袋采集方法留取尿标本,观察组采用PDCA循环管理使用集尿袋留取尿标本。比较两组留取尿标本失败率、留取尿标本失败原因、尿标本不合格率、不合格原因、采集时间、尿标本留取时间。结果:(1)观察组留取尿标本失败率[5例(8.33%)]低于对照组[23例(38.33%)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.093,P<0.05);失败原因主要有贴集尿袋方法错误、护理人员未贴集尿袋、护理人员未交接班等。(2)观察组尿标本不合格率[6例(10.00%)]低于对照组[24例(40.00%)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.400,P<0.05);尿标本不合格原因主要有标本量不足、粪便污染、送检时间不规范等。(3)观察组尿标本采集、留取时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.103、12.266,P<0.05)。结论:幼儿尿标本采集难度相对较大,采用PDCA循环管理能有效提高幼儿留取尿标本成功率,缩短采集、留取时间,提高尿标本采集质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of PDCA circulation management on improving the success rate of urine sample collection in children.Method:The clinical data of 120 children who hospitalized in the Department of Pediatrics in Shaowu Municipal Hospital from February 2020 to April 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.According to different urine sample collection management schemes,the children were divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given urine collection bags to collect urine samples,while the observation group was given PDCA circulation management to use urine collection bags to collect urine samples.The failure rate,failure reason,unqualified rate,unqualified reason,collection time and retention time of urine samples were compared between two groups.Result:(1)The failure rate of urine sample collection in the observation group[5 cases(8.33%)]was lower than that in the control group[23 cases(38.33%)],the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=15.093,P<0.05);the main causes of failure were the wrong method of collection urine bags,the nurses’failure to collection urine bags,and the nurses’failure to shift.(2)The urine specimen failure rate in the observation group[6 cases(10.00%)]was lower than that in the control group[24 cases(40.00%)],the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.400,P<0.05);the main causes of unqualified urine samples are insufficient sample quantity,fecal contamination,irregular submission time,etc.(3)The collection and retention times of urine samples in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=6.103,12.266,P<0.05).Conclusion:It is relatively difficult to collect urine samples from young children.PDCA cycle management can effectively improve the success rate of urine sample collection,shorten the collection and retention time,improve the quality of urine sample collection.
