四君子汤联合肠内营养支持对胃癌术后气血两虚证患者的影响

Effect of Sijunzi Decoction Combined with Enteral Nutrition Support on Patients with Qi and Blood Deficiency Syndrome after Gastric Cancer Operation

目的:浅析胃癌术后气血两虚证患者应用四君子汤联合肠内营养支持对其营养状况、免疫功能、术后恢复指标、中医症候积分的影响。方法:回顾性分析内蒙古科技大学包头医学院第二附属医院2019年1月-2021年8月收治的76例胃癌术后气血两虚证患者,根据不同治疗方式将其分为对照组与研究组,各38例。对照组接受肠内营养支持,研究组接受四君子汤联合肠内营养支持。比较两组的营养指标、免疫功能、术后恢复指标及中医症候积分。结果:治疗后,研究组的总蛋白(TP)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、血红蛋白(Hb)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)、中医症候积分均低于对照组,且肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间均早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对胃癌术后气血两虚证的患者给予四君子汤联合肠内营养支持,能在一定程度上提升患者营养状况,改善免疫功能,缓解临床症状,促使其快速康复,具有临床推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Sijunzi Decoction combined with enteral nutritional support on nutritional status,immune function,postoperative recovery index and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score of patients with Qi and blood deficiency syndrome after gastric cancer surgery.Method:Retrospective analysis was made on 76 patients with Qi and blood deficiency syndrome after gastric cancer surgery admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College,Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology from January 2019 to August 2021.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and research group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received enteral nutrition support,while the research group received Sijunzi Decoction combined with enteral nutrition support.The nutritional index,immune function,postoperative recovery index and TCM symptom score in the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the levels of total protein(TP),transferrin(TRF),hemoglobin(Hb),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the CD8^(+)and TCM symptoms scores were lower than those in the control group,and the recovery time of bowel sounds time,exhaust time and defecation time were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sijunzi Decoction combined with enteral nutrition support for patients with Qi and blood deficiency syndrome after gastric cancer surgery can improve the nutritional status of patients to a certain extent,improve immune function,alleviate clinical symptoms and promote their rapid recovery,which has clinical promotion value.
