正念训练联合脑电生物反馈治疗对青少年抑郁症伴网络成瘾患者的影响

Effect of Mindfulness Training Combined with Electroencephalogram Biofeedback Therapy on Adolescent Depression with Internet Addiction

目的:探讨正念训练联合脑电生物反馈治疗对青少年抑郁症伴网络成瘾患者的影响。方法:研究对象为广州白云心理医院2021年1月-2022年1月收治的96例青少年抑郁症伴网络成瘾患者,采用掷硬币法将其分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48)。两组均给予常规药物治疗,对照组在此基础上给予脑电生物反馈治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予正念训练,比较两组疗效、中文网络成瘾量表的修订版(CIAS-R)评分、心理状态[症状自评量表(SCL-90)]及应对方式。结果:治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组总有效率更高(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CIAS-R、SCL-90各维度、应对方式评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CIAS-R、SCL-90量表各维度及应对方式评分均优于治疗前,且观察组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正念训练联合脑电生物反馈治疗对青少年抑郁症伴网络成瘾患者的效果显著,能有效抑制青少年网瘾程度,改善患者的心理状态和应对方式,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of mindfulness training combined with electroencephalogram biofeedback therapy on adolescent depression with internet addiction.Method:Ninety-six adolescents depression with internet addiction who admitted to Guangzhou Baiyun Mental Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into the control group(n=48)and the observation group(n=48)by tossing a coin.Two groups were given conventional drug treatment,the control group was given electroencephalogram biofeedback therapy on this basis,and the observation group was given mindfulness training on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,Chinese Internet addiction scale(CIAS-R)score,mental status[symptom checklist(SCL-90)]and coping style were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of CIAS-R,all dimensions of SCL-90 scores and coping style scores between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the CIAS-R,all dimensions of SCL-90 and coping style scores in two groups were better than those before treatment,and the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mindfulness training combined with Electroencephalogram biofeedback therapy has a significant effect on adolescent depression with internet addiction,which can effectively inhibit the degree of adolescent Internet addiction,improve the psychological state and coping style of patients,and it is worthy of clinical application.
