摘要
新时代做好舆论工作的关键在于媒体融合创新,新生代新闻从业者的力量不可忽视。为研究新生代新闻从业者创新行为的影响因素,本文选取362名新闻从业者配额抽样,进行实证分析。结果表明,同事支持、组织支持和情感承诺对新生代新闻从业者创新行为具有显著的正向影响,主管支持、目标导向和连续承诺的影响不显著,而新生代与非新生代新闻从业者创新行为的影响因素明显不同。主管支持分别与绩效证明取向、绩效回避取向和连续承诺的交互作用对新生代新闻从业者创新行为的影响显著。基于以上结论,本文提出具体建议,以期对媒体融合创新产生积极影响。
The key to public opinion work in the new era lies in media integration and innovation,and the strength of the new generation of journalists can’t be ignored.In order to study the influencing factors of the innovative behavior of the new generation of journalists,362 journalists were selected for empirical analysis.The results show that colleague support,organizational support and emotional commitment have a significant positive impact on the innovative behavior of the new generation of journalists,while supervisor support,goal orientation and continuous commitment have no significant impact,while the influencing factors of the innovative behavior of the new generation and non-new generation of journalists are significantly different.The interaction of supervisor support with performance proof orientation,performance avoidance orientation and continuous commitment has a significant impact on the innovation behavior of the new generation of journalists.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward specific suggestions in order to have a positive impact on media convergence innovation.
