摘要
大学参与全球教育治理,为全球教育做出相应贡献,有助于我国从教育大国向教育强国转变,以更加开放和自信的姿态走向世界教育舞台中央。我国大学因其具有的公信力、包容性、人文性、开放性等特征,在参与全球教育治理中显现出独特的优势;但在复杂国际局势面前,也面临着参与的适切性不强、前瞻性不足、持续性不够等诸多挑战。面向2035年,大学应采取切实策略,明确国际化人才核心素养,做好国际组织人才培育推送,引进国外优质高等教育资源,探索大学适度海外办学,讲好中国教育发展故事,参与全球教育规则制定,推动中外教育人文交流,从而有效参与全球教育治理。
Chinese universities’ participation in global education governance to make due contributions to global education helps China to change from a big country in education to a powerful country in education and step into the center of the stage of world education with an opener and more confident attitude. Featuring public trust,inclusiveness,humanity and openness,Chinese universities have shown unique advantages in their participation in global education governance. However,in the complex international situations,they face challenges,such as the lack of relevance,foresight and sustainability in their participation. Towards 2035,Chinese universities need to adopt practical strategies to clarify the key competencies of international talents,cultivate high-quality talents for international organizations,introduce high-quality foreign higher education resources,explore appropriate overseas university education,tell stories about China’s development of education,participate in the formulation of the rules for global education,and promote people-to-people educational exchanges between China and other countries so as to participate in global education governance effectively.
