农村废弃土地生态修复与价值再生

Ecological Restoration and Value Regeneration of Rural Abandoned Land

开展农村废弃土地生态修复并促进其价值再生,是提高我国农村土地利用效率、促进国土资源可持续发展的重要途径。在厘清农村废弃土地生态修复内涵与特征基础上,提出农村废弃土地的现代生态修复方案,包括化学修复、生态工程技术、土壤生物、复绿复垦及景观营造等技术措施,从而实现农村废弃土地的价值再生。通过构建生态修复效益模型,选择涵养水源、土壤养分、植物滞尘及生物多样性4个方面的主要价值,并以江西星子采石场为案例量化了生态修复价值。结果表明,生物多样性再生价值最为显著,4个方面的总再生价值为175.54万元/a。研究结论可为我国农村废弃土地的生态修复提供技术支持和价值依据。

Carrying out ecological restoration of rural abandoned land and promoting its value regeneration are the important way to improve the efficiency of rural land use in my country and promote the sustainable development of land resources.On the basis of clarifying the connotation and characteristics of ecological restoration of rural abandoned land,the modern ecological restoration plan of rural abandoned land was proposed,including chemical restoration,ecological engineering technology,soil biology,green restoration and landscape construction,so as to realize value regeneration of rural abandoned land.By constructing an ecological restoration benefit model,four main values of water conservation,soil nutrients,plant dust retention and biodiversity were selected,and the ecological restoration value was quantified by taking Jiangxi Xingzi quarry as an example.The results show that the regeneration value of biological diversity is the most significant.The total regeneration value of the four aspects is 175.54 million yuan/a.This research can provide technical support and value basis for ecological restoration of rural abandoned land in our country.
