草原生态与畜牧业经济协调发展研究——以新疆伊犁州直为例

Study on Coordinated Development of Grassland Ecology and Animal Husbandry Economy:A Case Study of Yili Prefecture,Xinjiang

通过构建草原生态系统与畜牧业经济系统的综合评价指标体系,从多角度对2010—2020年伊犁州直的草原生态系统与畜牧业经济系统进行综合评价分析,并建立耦合度模型以及耦合协调度模型分析两者的耦合协调关系,旨在促进伊犁州直草原生态与畜牧业经济的协调发展。结果表明:2010—2020年,伊犁州直的草原生态与畜牧业经济发展水平均呈上升趋势,但前者增速较缓并具有明显波动性;2010—2020年间两大系统由中级协调逐渐发展为良好协调,表明两者存在良性互动、协调发展的正耦合关系,但与草原生态的发展相比,畜牧业经济的发展略显滞后。国家在将来应继续实施草原生态补助奖励政策,加大草原生态保护力度;着力实施农牧业技术工程,加快畜牧业经济的发展;凝集乡贤反哺牧区,加强人畜草的平衡力度。

The comprehensive evaluation index system of grassland ecosystem and animal husbandry economic system was constructed.The comprehensive evaluation and analysis of grassland ecosystem and animal husbandry economic system in Yili Prefecture from 2010 to 2020 were carried out from multiple angles,and the coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree model were established to analyze the coupling and coordination relationship between them.The results showed that from 2010 to 2020,the development level of grassland ecology and animal husbandry economy in Yili Prefecture showed an upward trend,but the growth rate of the former was slow and fluctuated obviously.From 2010 to 2020,the two systems gradually developed from intermediate coordination to good coordination in recent years,which indicated that there was a positive coupling relationship between them,but compared with the development of grassland ecology,the development of animal husbandry economy lagged behind slightly.In the future,the country should continue to implement the grassland ecological award policy,strengthen grassland ecological protection,focus on the implementation of agricultural and animal husbandry technical projects to speed up the development of animal husbandry economy,agglutinate rural sages to feed back pastoral areas and strengthen the balance between people,animals and grass.
