Cross-Boundary Invitational Learning for Pre-Service Teachers in Higher Education

摘要 跨界邀请学习是一种有组织的跨界学习,围绕明确的学习主题,构建邀请模式的学习环境,通过提供有组织、有意义、有责任、有吸引力的交流情景,组织者将支持发生在不同活动系统的参与者的跨界互动,促进参与者形成新的集体概念,发生积极的变化。高校职前教师跨界邀请学习推动了课程与教学的创新,联接了学习社区与实践社区,在实现教师教育者角色转变与自身发展的同时,也为职前教师个人专业成长提供更多的可能。高校跨界邀请学习形式多样,组织方式与特点各不相同,随着信息技术的深度应用,其形式也将有所变化。 Cross-boundary invitational learning is a kind of organized cross-boundary learning. Around specific themes, in the invitational atmosphere, by providing an organized, meaningful, responsible, attractive communication scenario, the organizers will support the interaction between the participants from different activity systems crossing the boundaries and leading to the new concept of collective positive changes in the process. Cross-boundary invitational learning for pre-service teachers in higher education promotes innovation in teaching courses by bridging the learning and practice community and encourages role transformation and self-development of the teacher educators. It can also provide more possibilities for the individual professional growth of pre-service teachers. In higher education, various forms of cross-boundary invitational learning exist with different organizational methods and activity characteristics. With the in-depth application of information technology, its states will also change.
