摘要
在现代教育体系中,家校合作已成为重要的国家教育发展战略,而教师的家校合作素养是家庭—学校伙伴协作关系建立的核心所在。本研究在国内外研究基础上,初步构建家校合作素养指标体系,并通过三轮德尔菲法对三个级别指标进行意见征询,在反馈意见基础上进行指标删改、增补,最终构建了教师家校合作素养指标体系。体系包括3个一级指标、10个二级指标、52个三级指标,其中,一级指标包含专业信念与操守、专业知识、专业能力。该指标体系具有较高的专家效度,丰富了教师评价理论体系,为教师的家校合作素养提升提供更为明确的指向。
In modern education system, home-school collaboration has become an important national education development strategy. Teachers’ home-school collaboration competency is the core of the establishment of home-school partnership. To provide a clear direction for home-school cooperation improvement, the study constructed the index system of teachers’ home-school collaboration competency through three rounds of Delphi application. Researchers draw up Evaluation Index System through the literature review. According to the experts’ feedback on indexes, original indices were revised and finally constructed the Evaluation Index System for Home-School Cooperation Competency of Teachers. The home-school collaboration competency index system consists of 3 first-level indicators, 10 second-level indicators and 52 specific indicators. The first-level indicators cover professional belief and ethics, professional knowledge, and professional ability. This index system has a high expert validity, which could enrich the teacher evaluation theory system.
