摘要
丙交酯是合成可降解材料聚乳酸的中间单体,其生产成本和产品纯度决定聚乳酸产品的竞争力。一步法合成丙交酯具备工艺流程简单、能耗低、产品光学纯度高等优势,有望解决现有两步法工艺存在的问题。以催化剂和反应机理为切入点,分析了不同类型催化剂应用于乳酸一步法制备丙交酯的研究进展,并对比了两步法和一步法制备丙交酯的工艺路线和反应条件等差异。研究指出液相一步法有望成为未来丙交酯的主流生产工艺,开发稳定性高的分子筛催化剂是关键。
Lactide is an intermediate monomer for the synthesis of biodegradable material polylactic acid.Its production cost and product purity determine the competitiveness of polylactic acid products.One step synthesis of lactide has the advantages of simple process,low energy consumption and high optical purity of products,which is expected to solve the problems existing in the existing two step process.Based on the catalyst and reaction mechanism,the research progress of different types of catalysts used in one step preparation of lactide from lactic acid is analyzed,and the process route and reaction conditions of two step and one step preparation of lactide are compared.It is pointed out that the liquid phase one step method is expected to become the mainstream production process of lactide in the future,and the development of molecular sieve catalysts with high stability is the key.
