区域国别学的学科意义、学科属性与“三大体系”建设 被引量:3

摘要 区域国别学入列交叉学科门类是中国第二个百年奋斗目标对哲学社会科学宏观学科体系建设提出的要求,也是具体哲学社会科学门类自身发展规律所致,契合学科自身发展方向。同时,区域国别学的构建也对中国未来的区域和国别研究范式提出了更高要求。除典型的交叉学科属性外,区域国别学作为基础学科的属性不容忽视。当前,中国区域国别学学科构建应以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,加快建设自己的学科体系、学术体系和话语体系,并打造出中国特色、中国风格和中国气派。本文试图区分传统学科意义上及区域国别学意义上的区域和国别研究,建议在设置区域国别学二级学科时宜将亚洲研究作为一个整体,并给出了区域国别学研究的一种基于“互视”视角的分析框架。 The inclusion of area studies as an interdiscipline is a response to the need for the construction of a macro-disciplinary system in philosophy and social sciences as required by China’s second centenary goal. Meanwhile, it follows the development law of the philosophy and social sciences, rightly pointing to the direction of the discipline’s construction. Consequently, higher demands are to be placed on the research paradigm of area studies in China. In addition to its typical interdisciplinarity, it is argued that the status of area studies as a basic discipline should not be ignored. Therefore, this paper calls for an accelerated construction of its own disciplinary system, academic system and discourse system with Chinese characteristics and Chinese style, under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era. This paper also attempts to distinguish between area studies in the traditional sense and in the sense of area studies discipline, suggests that Asian Studies should be taken as a whole when setting up a second-level discipline of area studies, and proposes an analytical framework for area studies based on an “inter-view” perspective.
