基于数据挖掘分析草乌在蒙医临床中的应用规律

Application of kusnezoff monkshood root in clinical practice of Mongolian medicine based on data mining

目的:分析草乌在蒙医临床中的使用频率及配伍规律。方法:收集《内蒙古蒙成药标准》《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准·蒙药分册》《传统蒙药与方剂》3本蒙医典籍中含蒙药草乌的方剂,分析其用药频次、主治疾病频次及关联规则,探讨草乌在蒙医临床中的使用频率及配伍规律。结果:共收集含草乌的方剂138首,涉及蒙药279味,用药频次≥11次的蒙药共43味,排前10位的依次是诃子、红花、麝香、肋柱花、牛黄、木香、安息香、瞿麦、五灵脂、栀子;主治疾病频次≥5次的疾病共12种,排前5位的依次是粘虫病、刺痛症、黄水病、未消化病、希拉病。关联规则分析显示,治疗粘虫病及各种刺痛症时草乌常与麝香、红花、肋柱花、安息香等祛粘清热药配伍使用;治疗赫依病时常与豆蔻、肉豆蔻、丁香、安息香等祛赫依药配伍使用;治疗白脉病及宝如病时常与诃子、麝香、木香、红花、安息香等祛粘清热药配伍使用。结论:蒙药草乌入药的方剂以治疗粘虫病和各种刺痛症为主,常与诃子、麝香、红花、木香、豆蔻、牛黄、安息香、肉豆蔻、肋柱花、丁香等蒙药配伍使用,体现了其具有杀粘、清热、止痛的功效。

Objective: To investigate the frequency of use and compatibility rule of kusnezoff monkshood root in clinical practice of Mongolian medicine.Methods: The prescriptions containing the Mongolian medicine kusnezoff monkshood root were collected from Standards on Mongolian Patent Medicine in Inner Mongolia, Drug Standard of Ministry of Public Health of the People’s Republic of China: Mongolian Medicine Volume, and Traditional Mongolia Medicine and Prescriptions, and analyses were performed for medication frequency, disease frequency, and association rule to investigate the frequency of use and compatibility rule of kusnezoff monkshood root in clinical practice of Mongolian medicine.Results: A total of 138 prescriptions containing kusnezoff monkshood root were collected, involving 279 Mongolian drugs.There were 43 Mongolian drugs with a frequency of use of ≥11,and the top 10 drugs were Medicine Terminalia Fruit, Carthamus tinctorius, musk, Lomatogonium rotatum, calculus bovis, Saussurea costus, benzoinum, Dianthus superbus, trogopterus dung, and gardenia.There were 12 diseases with a frequency of ≥5,and the top 5 diseases were armyworm disease, prickling disease, yellow liquid disease, dyspepsia, and Xila disease.The association rule analysis showed that kusnezoff monkshood root was often used in combination with the viscosity-removing and heat-clearing drugs such as musk, Carthamus tinctorius, Lomatogonium rotatum, and benzoinum in the treatment of armyworm disease and various pricking diseases;kusnezoff monkshood root was often used in combination with the drugs for dispelling Heyi such as Whitefruit Amomim Fruit, nutmeg, clove, and benzoinum in the treatment of Heyi disease;kusnezoff monkshood root was often used in combination with the viscosity-removing and heat-clearing drugs such as Medicine Terminalia Fruit, musk, Saussurea costus, Carthamus tinctorius, and benzoinum in the treatment of white vein disease and Baoru disease.Conclusion: The prescriptions containing the Mongolia medicine kusnezoff monkshood root are mainly used for the treatment of armyworm disease and various prickling diseases, and kusnezoff monkshood root is often used in combination with the Mongolia medicine such as Medicine Terminalia Fruit, musk, Carthamus tinctorius, Saussurea costus, Whitefruit Amomim Fruit, calculus bovis, benzoinum, nutmeg, Lomatogonium rotatum, and clove, reflecting that kusnezoff monkshood root has the functions of removing viscosity, clearing heat, and relieving pain.
