基于“人工-多媒体-新媒体”三位一体的白内障围术期路径式健康管理方案的构建与研究

目的探讨三位一体的围术期路径式健康管理方案对白内障日间手术患者健康行为认知、依从性、知晓率和满意度的影响。方法选择德阳市人民医院眼科2020年11月—2021年11月收治的白内障日间手术患者180例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各90例。对照组给予传统健康教育,观察组给予"人工-多媒体-新媒体"联合路径式健康管理方案,比较2组患者治疗依从性、健康行为认知评分、疾病知晓率、护理满意度。结果观察组治疗依从率、健康行为认知评分、疾病知晓率、护理满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论"人工-多媒体-新媒体"三位一体的围术期路径式健康管理方案可有效提高白内障日间手术患者健康行为认知度和疾病知晓率,有利于提升治疗依从性,使其对护理服务更加满意。

Objective To investigate the effects of perioperative management program on health behavior cognition,compliance,awareness rate and satisfaction of cataract patients undergoing day surgery.Methods A total of 180 cataract patients undergoing day surgery in ophthalmology department of our hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,90 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional health education,and the observation group was given"artificial-multimedia-new media"combined management program.Treatment compliance,health behavior cognitive score,disease awareness rate and nursing satisfaction of 2 groups were compared before and after intervention.Results The total treatment compliance rate,health behavior cognitive score,disease awareness rate and nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative management program effectively improve the health behavior awareness and disease awareness rate of cataract patients undergoing day surgery,improve treatment compliance,and make them more satisfied with nursing services.
