优质护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术手术室护理中的应用分析

Analysis of the application of high-quality nursing care in the operating room of laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨在腹腔镜胆囊切除术手术室护理中应用优质护理的效果。方法将2020年1月—2021年6月于通用环球西安西航医院拟行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的180例患者列为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为常规组和研究组,每组各90例,并分别给予常规手术室护理和优质手术室护理。比较2组患者的临床指标、手术室不良事件发生率以及并发症发生率。结果研究组的手术时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间均明显短于常规组(P<0.05);研究组的术中出血量少于常规组(P<0.05);研究组患者手术室不良事件发生率以及术后并发症发生率均明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜胆囊切除术手术室护理中应用优质护理效果理想,能显著缩短手术时间、减少术中出血量、促进肠道功能恢复,同时能降低手术室不良事件发生率和术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy operation room.Methods 180 patients who were planned to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were included as research objects.They were divided into routine group and research group according to the number random method,with 90 patients in each group.They were given routine operating room care and high-quality operating room care respectively,and compared the clinical indicators,the incidence of adverse events in the operating room,and the incidence of complications between the two groups of patients.Results The operation time,bowel sound recovery time,and hospital stay of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);the intraoperative blood loss of the study group was less than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);patients in the study group were operating room The incidence of adverse events and postoperative complications were significantly lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in the nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy operation room has an ideal effect.It can significantly shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,promote the recovery of intestinal function,and reduce the incidence of adverse events in the operating room and postoperative complications.The incidence rate is worthy of clinical promotion and wide application.
