综合性心理护理对抑郁症患者的应用价值

目的分析综合性心理护理对抑郁症患者不良情绪以及生活质量的影响。方法选择德阳市人民医院2019年9月—2021年1月收治的抑郁症患者98例,依照就诊先后顺序分为研究组与对照组,各49例。对照组予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上开展综合性心理护理,对比2组患者负性心理、生活质量及心境状态。结果干预前,组间HAMA、HAMD评分对比无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,研究组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,组间SF-36评分对比无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后研究组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,组间心境状态评分对比无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,研究组心境状态评分优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论综合性心理护理能够改善抑郁症患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,对提升其生活质量具有重要作用。

Objective To analyze the influence of comprehensive psychological care on the negative mood and quality of life of patients with depression.Methods 98 cases of depression patients admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group,each with 49 cases according to the order of visits.The control group:conventional nursing methods,the study group was in On the basis of the control group,comprehensive psychological nursing guidance was launched.The Hamilton depression(HAMD)score,Hamilton anxiety(HAMA)score and quality of life(SF-36)score were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no difference in HAMA and HAMD scores between groups(P>0.05);After the intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no difference in SF-36 score between groups(P>0.05);The SF-36 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no difference in mood state score between the groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the mood state score of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive psychological nursing intervention measures can improve the anxiety and depression of patients with depression,and play an important role in improving their quality of life.
