膀胱是人体最重要的器官之一,很多长期卧床的患者、下肢瘫痪患者或一些手术后患者都需要留置导尿,长时间留置导尿容易引发导尿管相关尿路感染(CAUTI)。膀胱冲洗常作为患者留置尿管期间预防CAUTI的措施,也用于治疗已经发生的CAUTI以及尿路真菌感染等问题,更常作为一种治疗手段用于预防和解决患者血尿导致的血块凝集,保持导尿管通畅。本文通过总结膀胱冲洗各种方法及护理注意事项,方便临床护士更好地选择和操作,以提高护理工作质量,减少针刺伤、脱管等不良事件发生,减少尿路感染,提高治疗效果和患者满意度。

The urinary bladder is one of the most important organs in the human body.Many patients with chronic bedridden patients,lower limb paralysis patients or some patients after surgery all need indwelling catheterization,and long-time indwelling catheterization can easily lead to catheter-related urinary tract infection(CAUTI).Bladder irrigation is often used as a measure to prevent CAUTI during patients'indwelling ureters,and also used for the treatment of CAUTI and urinary tract fungal infections,and is more often used as a treatment to prevent and solve blood clot caused by patients'hematuria,and keep the catheter unobstructed.The author summarizes various methods of bladder washing and nursing precautions to facilitate clinical practice Nurses better choose and operate to improve the quality of nursing work,reduce the occurrence of adverse events such as needle puncture and detube,reduce urinary tract infections,and improve the treatment effect and patient satisfaction.
