介绍胡陵静教授运用中药内服联合中医外治疗法治疗化疗后恶心呕吐的经验。胡教授认为邪毒客胃、情志失调、脾胃虚耗是化疗后恶心呕吐的主要病因,临证中将化疗后恶心呕吐分为邪毒客胃证、肝气犯胃证、脾胃虚寒证、胃阴亏虚证,治以疏邪解毒化浊、疏肝和胃、温中健脾、滋养胃阴,灵活化裁藿香正气散、四七汤、柴胡疏肝散、香砂六君子汤、麦门冬汤,主张中医内外疗法并用,在中药内服基础上联合自制止吐贴穴位敷贴及隔姜灸刺激穴位,使脾胃和,胃气降,呕吐止,屡获佳效。

To introduce Professor HU Lingjing's experience in treating chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)by oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with external therapy.Professor HU believes that the main causes of CINV are pathogenic toxin invading the stomach,emotional disorder,and spleen-stomach deficiency.In clinical practice,CINV is categorized into pathogenic toxin invading the stomach pattern,liver qi invading the stomach pattern,spleen-stomach deficiency cold pattern,and stomach yin deficiency pattern,which are treated by dispelling evil,detoxifying and resolving turbidity,soothing the liver and harmonizing the stomach,warming the middle and strengthening the spleen,and nourishing stomach yin.Professor HU advocates the combination of internal and external therapy of Chinese medicine,flexibly modifying Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder,Siqi Decoction,Chaihu Shugan Powder,Xiangsha Liujuzi Decoction and Maimendong Decoction.Oral administration and the self-made acupoint application of antiemetic paste and ginger moxibustion are used to stimulate acupoints,so that the spleen and stomach are harmonious,the stomach qi is lowered,and vomiting is stopped.The above measures have achieved good effects.
