益肺清化颗粒对肺癌术后化疗患者免疫功能和营养状态的影响

Effect of Yifei Qinghua Granules on Immune Function and Nutritional Status of Postoperative Chemotherapy Patients with Lung Cancer

目的:探讨益肺清化颗粒对肺癌术后化疗患者免疫功能和营养状态的影响。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年2月无锡市惠山区中医医院收治的108例择期行肺癌根治术患者,随机分为观察组和常规组,各54例。常规组采用多西他赛+顺铂方案辅助化疗,观察组在常规组基础上给予益肺清化颗粒治疗。比较两组的营养状态[血清白蛋白(ALB)、血清前白蛋白(PAB)]、免疫功能指标及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组血清ALB、PAB比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2个月,两组的血清ALB、PAB均降低,但观察组均高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2个月,两组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均降低,但观察组均高于常规组(P<0.05)。两组的并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益肺清化颗粒能够改善肺癌术后化疗患者免疫功能,改善营养状态,且安全可靠,值得应用推广。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Yifei Qinghua Granules on immune function and nutritional status of patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy.Method:A total of 108 patients with lung cancer undergoing elective radical resection in Wuxi Huishan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and conventional group,with 54 cases in each group.The conventional group was directly treated with Docetaxel+Cisplatin regimen,while the observation group was treated with Yifei Qinghua Granules on the basis of the conventional group.The nutritional status[serum albumin(ALB),serum prealbumin(PAB)],immune function indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum ALB and PAB between the two groups(P>0.05).Two months after treatment,the levels of serum ALB and PAB decreased in both groups,but those in observation group were higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)between the two groups(P>0.05).Two months after treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in both groups decreased,but those in observation group were higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yifei Qinghua Granules can improve the immune function and nutritional status of patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy,and it is safe and reliable,worthy of application and promotion.
