血府逐瘀汤联合针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的效果

Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Patients with Ischemic Stroke

目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤联合针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年1月永泰县医院确诊的160例缺血性脑卒中患者。根据简单随机分组法将其分为观察组和对照组,各80例。对照组给予常规基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予血府逐瘀汤联合针灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前及治疗1个月后神经功能及日常生活能力、凝血指标及不良反应,随访1年复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为88.75%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分显著低于对照组,Barthel指数(BI)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,两组D-二聚体(D-D)水平低于治疗前,国际标准化比值(INR)高于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组D-D水平低于对照组,INR高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗过程中均未发生明显不良反应。随访1年,观察组复发率为5.63%,明显低于对照组的18.33%(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤联合针灸治疗可以明显提高缺血性脑卒中患者的临床疗效,降低复发率,显著改善缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke.Method:A total of 160 patients with ischemic stroke diagnosed in Yongtai County Hospital from January 2020to January 2021 were selected.According to the simple random grouping method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,80 cases in each group.The control group was given routine basic treatment,while the observation group was given Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,neurological function,daily living ability,coagulation index before and after 1 month of treatment and adverse reactions,1 year follow-up recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Result:The treatment total effective rate of the observation group was 88.75%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the Barthel index(BI)score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the level of D-dimer(D-D)in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the international normalized ratio(INR)was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05);the D-D level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and INR was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in both groups.The recurrence rate in the observation group was 5.63%,which was significantly lower than 18.33%in the control group follow up for 1 year(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with ischemic stroke,reduce the recurrence rate,and significantly improve the neurological function of patients with ischemic stroke.
