基于VOSviewer的全球配制无菌制剂研究热点分析

Global research hotspots on compounding sterile preparation by VOSviewer analysis

目的:为研究人员了解无菌制剂配制领域研究热点提供参考。方法:基于PubMed数据库,搜集2002-2021年关于“配制无菌制剂”的文献,通过VOSviewer软件对纳入文献的关键词进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入文献361篇,文献数量总体呈现增长趋势;VOSviewer关键词共现分析形成了较多细分聚类,大致分为药物稳定性、药学服务、感染控制、消毒、质量控制五个主题。结论:出版物的增长趋势表明无菌制剂配制领域的研究增加,研究热点表现在感染风险分析、质量管理探索及药学服务研究。

Objective:To provide a data reference for researchers to understand the research hotspots in the field of compounding sterile preparation.Methods:Based on the PubMed database,we collected the literature on“compounding sterile preparation”from 2002 to 2021.VOSviewer was employed to conduct the visualized analysis of keywords.Results:A total of 361 publications were extracted.The overall number of publications showed an increasing trend.In co-occurrence of keywords analysis,more subdivisional clusters of keywords were constructed by VOSviewer,which were roughly divided into five themes:drug stability,pharmacy services,infection control,sterilization and quality control.Conclusion:The increasing trend of publications indicates an increase in research in the field of compounding sterile preparation,which is manifested in infection risk analysis,quality management exploration and pharmacy services research.
