某电动汽车NVH性能主观评价方法研究

Study on Subjective Evaluation Method of an Electric Vehicle NVH Performance

车辆NVH特性越来越受到厂家和客户的重视,因此如何开展NVH性能主观评价、诊断对解决NVH问题非常关键,也在产品开发过程中的标杆研究和产品定型、积累设计数据起到非常重要的作用。研究整车NVH性能的主观评价方法,并对某开发中纯电动样车进行整车NVH性能主观评价,以雷达图描述整体评价结果,梳理NVH特性的优点、缺点,为整车NVH性能的提升提供指导。

Vehicle NVH characteristics are more and more valued by manufacturers and customers.Therefore,how to carry out subjective evaluation and diagnosis of NVH performance is very important for solving NVH problems.It also plays an important role in benchmarking research,product finalization,and accumulation of design data in the product development process.This paper studies the subjective evaluation method of vehicle NVH performance,and conducts subjective evaluation of vehicle NVH performance for a pure electric prototype vehicle under development,describes the overall evaluation results with radar chart,sorts out the advantages and disadvantages of NVH characteristics,and provides guidance for NVH improvement.
