摘要
鼓形齿式联轴器以其轴向尺寸小、传递转矩大、日常无需维护的特点,得到广泛应用。石油电动钻机上,电动机多采用鼓形齿式联轴器向减速箱、绞车(转盘)输出动力。然而,在鼓形齿式联轴器初次安装时,位置度要求很高,不同的资料和标准的要求并不统一,特别是一些使用说明书中,对位置度的要求过于苛刻,在油田现场根本无法实现。文中通过鼓形齿式联轴器选型过程中传递转矩、转速的计算,来确定可以接受的径向跳动量、端面跳动量,便于油田现场的再次调整和使用。
Drum-type gear couplings are widely used because of their small axial size,large transmission torque,and no daily maintenance.On the oil electric drilling rig,the motor power is output to the reducer and the winch(turntable)by drum gear coupling.However,when the drum gear coupling is installed for the first time,the positional requirements are very high,and the requirements of different materials and standards are not uniform.Especially in some operating instructions,the requirements for the positional degree are too strict to be achieved.This paper attempts to determine the acceptable radial runout and end runout through the calculation of the transmission torque and speed in the selection process of the drum gear coupling,which is convenient for readjustment and use in the oil field.
