基于六西格玛的锁骨干Ⅵ接骨板工艺优化

摘要 针对锁骨干Ⅵ接骨板机械加工后厚度尺寸超差,报废率高达14%,与要求的一次合格率97.5%差距较大这一现象,采用六西格玛(6σ)管理法,以数据作为决策基础,运用DMAIC模型对生产过程所涉及的影响因素进行设计、分析和改善,以提高产品加工后厚度一次合格率,减少批量返工,降低制造成本。 In view of the phenomenon that the thickness and size of the Ⅵ bone plate of the clavicle shaft is out of tolerance after machining, the scrap rate is as high as 14%, which is far from the required first pass rate of 97.5%. Six Sigma(6σ) management method is adopted, data is used as the basis for decision-making, and the DMAIC model is used to design, analyze and improve the influencing factors involved in the production process, so as to improve the one-time pass rate of product thickness after processing, reduce batch rework, and reduce manufacturing costs, etc.
