摘要
固体颗粒输送机广泛应用于石油、化工、建筑等多个行业,用于输送各种用途的固体颗粒。然而,在高压条件下,如何将钢质颗粒从高压容器中稳定、均匀地输送高压流体中,并实现速度可调,仍然是一个关键的挑战。文中通过设计钢质颗粒可控注入装置整体及筒体,开展颗粒可控注入装置注入实验,阐明高压下钢质颗粒注入装置的输送特性。该研究对于提高钢质颗粒的输送效率具有重要意义。
Solid particle conveyor is widely used in petroleum,chemical,construction and other industries,which is used to transport various uses of solid particles.However,it remains a key challenge to transport steel particles from high-pressure vessels to high-pressure fluids in a stable and uniform manner at adjustable speeds.This paper designs the whole structure and cylinder of controllable injection device for steel particles.The transport characteristics of steel particle injection device under high pressure are obtained through injection experiments.The research is of great significance to improve the transportation efficiency of steel particles.
