摘要 针对救援机器人平台的轻量化需求,以铝合金车体结构为对象,从车体结构优化、材料机械加工与成型、焊接工艺与控制技术、加工制造、车体焊接质量评估、焊接残余应力清除技术等方面,全面研究了车体的结构-工艺一体化轻量化设计过程。实现了轻量化车体的设计目标,为同类车体的轻量化设计与研制奠定了技术基础。 Aiming at the lightweight demand of rescue robot platform,taking the aluminum alloy vehicle body structure as the object,this paper comprehensively studies the structure and process design to realze lightweight design of vehicle body from the aspects of vehicle body structure optimization,material machining and molding,welding technology and control technology,processing and manufacturing,vehicle body welding quality evaluation,welding residual stress removal technology.he design goal of lightweight car body has been achieved,which lays a technical foundation for the lightweight design and development of similar car bodies.
