医学统计学是医学科学研究过程中不可或缺的重要组成部分,医学论文中涉及到的统计学方法种类较多,存在统计描述不规范、统计推断方法误用等问题。本文总结《中国临床研究》杂志投稿中的常见统计学错误,从计数资料的统计描述、计数资料的统计推断、计量资料的统计描述、计量资料的统计推断、相关分析和回归分析等几个方面进行分析,以期能够引起医学论文作者和编辑的重视,促进医学期刊学术质量的提升。

Medical statistics is an indispensable part of medical scientific research.There are many kinds of statistical methods involved in medical papers,including some problems such as nonstandard statistical description and misuse of statistical inference methods.This paper summarizes the common statistical errors in the contributions to the Chinese Journal of Clinical Research,and analyzes them from several aspects,such as statistical description of counting data,statistical inference of counting data,statistical description of measuring data,statistical inference of measuring data,correlation analysis and regression analysis,in order to attract the attention of medical paper authors and editors,and improve the academic quality of medical journals.
