摘要
3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酸单酰辅酶A(HMG-CoA)还原酶抑制剂,通常称为他汀类药物,因其降低内源性胆固醇的确切作用而被广泛应用于心脑血管疾病、高脂血症等的治疗。除了对胆固醇合成的抑制作用以外,他汀类药物还具有促凋亡、抗血管生成和免疫调节作用,可以有效阻止肿瘤细胞生长。本文主要就他汀类药物在肾癌防治中的研究进展及争议等进行综述。
3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme-A(HMG-CoA)reductase inhibitors,commonly known as statins,are widely used in the treatment of hyperlipidemia and cardio-vascular diseases due to their precise role in reducing endogenous cholesterol.In addition to the inhibition of cholesterol synthesis,statins also have the effects of promoting apoptosis,anti-angiogenesis and immune regulation,which can effectively prevent the growth of tumor cells.This paper reviews the research progress and controversy of statins in the prevention and treatment of renal cell carcinoma.
