摘要
为了明确河南省某规模化猪场断奶保育猪副猪嗜血杆菌感染情况,从濒死期病猪的肺脏、心血样品中分离获得1株细菌,通过对该株细菌分离鉴定、血清型分型、致病性试验、毒力基因检测和药敏试验等一系列试验,证实该株细菌为副猪嗜血杆菌14型,该菌株携带有capd、vta1、vta2、vta3、wza、hhdA、hhdB、ompP2、nanH、cdtA、cdtB、cdtC、espP等13种主要毒力基因;该菌株对保育仔猪表现出较强的致病性,对头孢他啶、氟苯尼考、头孢噻呋、氨苄西林、强力霉素、土霉素、氧氟沙星敏感,对青霉素、阿米卡星、诺氟沙星、复方新诺明耐药。研究结果可为副猪嗜血杆菌血清14型流行病学研究提供参考。
In order to understand the pathogenic situation of weaning and nursing pigs in a large-scale pig farm in Henan province,and effectively prevent and control the disease,in this study,a bacterial strain was isolated from the lung and heart blood samples of dying pigs.Through a series of research work,such as isolation and identification,serotyping,virulence test,virulence gene detection and drug sensitivity test,it was confirmed that the strain was Haemophilus parasuis type 14,which carried 13main virulence genes,such as capd,vta1,vta2,vta3,wza,hhdA,hhdB,ompP2,nanH,cdtA,cdtB,cdtC and espP;The strain showed strong pathogenicity to piglets;The strain was sensitive to ceftazidime,florfenicol,ceftiofur,ampicillin,doxycycline,oxytetracycline and ofloxacin,and resistant to penicillin,amikacin,norfloxacin and cotrimoxazole.This study provides a reference for the epidemiology of Haemophilus parasuis serotype 14.
