牛无绿藻乳腺炎的研究现状

Research Situation of Prototheca bovis Mastitis

牛无绿藻是引起牛乳腺炎的一种重要病原,它在全世界范围内广泛存在,并且给奶牛养殖行业造成了巨大的经济损失。牛无绿藻耐高温,可与其他病原菌共同感染牛乳腺,对其使用巴氏消毒法杀灭后仍有部分存活。牛无绿藻乳腺炎在夏季高温季节多发,它的发病率高、临床症状缺乏特异性、病原学检查易被忽视,目前关于它的有效治疗手段匮乏。为提高人们对牛无绿藻乳腺炎的认识,论文从牛无绿藻乳腺炎的病原学、流行病学、发病机制、临床症状、病理变化、诊断、防治与展望等方面进行综述,希望能为牛无绿藻乳腺炎的临床诊治及进一步深入的科学研究拓展思路。

Prototheca bovis is an important pathogen causing bovine mastitis,which exists widely all over the world and causes huge economic losses to dairy farming industry.Prototheca bovis is resistant to high temperature and can co-infect mammary gland with other pathogens,but some of them can survive pasteurization.Prototheca bovis mastitis occurs frequently in high temperature season in summer,with high incidence,lack of specificity of clinical symptoms,easy to be ignored by etiological examination,and lack of effective treatment methods for it at present.In order to improve people’s understanding of Prototheca bovis mastitis,this paper reviewed the etiology,epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical symptoms,pathological lesions,diagnosis,prevention and treatment,and prospects of Prototheca bovis mastitis.It is hoped to expand the ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of Prototheca bovis mastitis and further in-depth scientific research.
