睡眠剥夺对动物肠黏膜屏障的影响 被引量:1

摘要 睡眠剥夺作为一种应激原可以损伤动物肠黏膜屏障,从而引发动物的肠道疾病,因而研究其发病机制,特别是黏膜稳态的调节机制及其干预措施具有重要的科学价值。分析了睡眠剥夺对动物肠道黏膜屏障的损伤及可能的机制,如睡眠剥夺造成肠黏膜机械屏障损伤,使化学屏障中的黏蛋白表达下调,使免疫屏障中抗菌肽和免疫球蛋白分泌紊乱,使生物屏障中微生物区系失调等,还综述了采用补充外源性褪黑素、摄入食物及药物和粪菌移植等方法在改善睡眠剥夺对肠道健康损害的干预作用,以期对防治睡眠不足引起的动物肠道相关疾病和开发有效药物提供新思路,保障畜禽健康。 As a stressor,sleep deprivation can damage the intestinal mucosal barrier and cause intestinal diseases in animals,so it is of important scientific value to study its pathogenesis,especially the regulation mechanism of mucosal homeostasis and its intervention measures.This paper reviewed the damage of intestinal mucosal barrier caused by sleep deprivation and its possible mechanism,focusing on the injury of intestinal mucosal mechanical barrier by sleep deprivation,the down-regulation of mucin MUC2 expression in chemical barrier,the influence on the secretion of antimicrobial peptides and immunoglobulin in immune barrier,and the effect on microbial flora imbalance in biological barrier.And the methods of supplementation of exogenous melatonin,intake of food and drugs and fecal bacteria transplantation are of great significance in improving the intervention effect of sleep deprivation on intestinal health damage,which is of great significance in the prevention and treatment of intestinal related diseases caused by sleep deprivation and the development of effective drugs.
