体育舞蹈专项硕士研究生就业能力评价体系构建

Construction of Employability Evaluation System for Postgraduates Majoring in Sports Dance

随着高等教育的普及化,硕士研究生数量不断增多,高校毕业生就业难的问题越来越成为人们所关注的焦点。该文运用访谈法、德尔菲法等,以胜任力理论为理论支撑,科学构建体育舞蹈专项硕士研究生的就业能力评价体系。该体系一级指标:职业规划能力、专项能力、教学能力等;二级指标:职业定位、参赛经历、专项技术、专项理论知识、教学组织、训练过程设计、适应能力、问题解决能力等。利用变异系数法得出该评价体系的指标权重,一级指标前三位:专项能力、教学能力、沟通交往能力;二级指标前三位:教学设计、专项技术、专项理论知识。

With the popularization of higher education and the increasing number of postgraduate students,the problem of"difficult employment"of college graduates has become the focus of attention.In this paper,using the interview method,Delphi method,etc.,with the competency theory as the theoretical support,scientifically build the evaluation system of the employability of sports dance master’s students.The first-level indicators of the system include career planning ability,special ability,teaching ability,etc.Second-level indicators:career orientation,competition experience,special technology,special theoretical knowledge,teaching organization,training process design,adaptability,problem solving ability,etc.The index weight of the evaluation system is obtained by using the coefficient of variation method.The first three indicators are special ability,teaching ability and communication ability.The top three of the second-level indicators are teaching design,special technology and special theoretical knowledge.
