摘要
综述了烧结烟气中NO、Hg0和CO的单一控制方法以及能够实现三者协同控制的方法;讨论了这些方法的技术特点、不足之处和发展方向。其中,气固相催化是一种经济、高效、综合的协同控制方法,利用气固相选择性催化还原法协同控制NO和Hg0、NO和CO已经得到了广泛的研究,该方法在实现三者协同控制上具有广阔前景。最后结合实际情况,对未来的研究方向提出了建议和展望。
Single control methods for NO,Hg~0 and CO alone in sintering flue gas and the methods to achieve simultaneous removal of these three pollutants are reviewed.The technical characteristics, shortcomings and development direction of these methods are discussed.Among them, gas solid phase catalysis is an economic, efficient and comprehensive simultaneous control method.The simultaneous removal of NO and Hg~0,NO and CO respectively by gas solid phase selective catalytic reduction method has been widely studied.This method has broad prospects in realizing the simultaneous control of NO,Hg~0 and CO.Suggestions and prospects for the future research direction are put forward combined with the actual situation.
