摘要
针对现有等电位拆装销钉的作业风险大、劳动强度高、操作过程复杂等问题,通过研究架空线路悬垂线夹的悬垂角和偏转角,设计了一种带电作业的弹簧卡位R销钉自动拆装工具。设计的机械结构轻巧灵便,绝缘性好。通过初步定位和二次定位来实时修正定位精度,从而实现了R销钉的准确拆装。最后进行了整体运动性能测试和对比试验。结果表明,该工具运动灵活、定位精确度高;与人工等电位作业相比,其作业效率提高了59.3%,减轻了劳动强度,提升了带电作业安全系数。
In view of the existing problems of equipotential disassembly and assembly of pins,such as high risk,high labor intensity and complex operation process,an automatic disassembly and assembly tool for spring detent r pins for live work is designed by studying the suspension angle and deflection angle of overhead line suspension clamp.The designed mechanical structure is light and convenient with good insulation.The positioning accuracy is corrected in real time through preliminary positioning and secondary positioning,so as to realize the accurate disassembly and assembly of R pin.Finally,the overall performance test and comparative test are carried out.The results show that the tool has flexible movement and high positioning accuracy;Compared with the manual equipotential operation,the operation efficiency is increased by 59.3%,the labor intensity is reduced,and the safety factor of live line operation is improved.
