摘要
随着电力系统网络的逐步完善,电线电缆作为承担电力的载体被广泛应用。但面对线路长期使用后出现的线路老化问题,或者电力系统中发生短路故障及常见的过负荷导致的线缆燃烧等问题却频频发生。据统计近年来导致的重特大火灾发生的直接原因,大部分都是与电力线路有关。由于电缆线路发生火灾后,线路中电能会使火势越烧越旺,很容易扩大事故范围,增加人员伤亡风险以及设备财产的损失。因此,研究实现电线电缆的阻燃是十分重要的,利用阻燃技术,有效防止火灾事故进一步蔓延,同时使火灾事故下的监控、指挥、通讯、消防等工作不受太大影响。文章在现有阻燃技术的基础上,以确保材料物理性能与其它性能都能符合标准为目的,进行电线电缆阻燃性能的试验方法探讨。
With the gradual improvement of the power system network,wires and cables are widely used as carriers of power.However,in the face of line aging problems after long-term use of the lines,or short-circuit faults in the power system and cable burning caused by common overloads,problems occur frequently.According to statistics,most of the direct causes of major fires in recent years are related to electrical lines.After a fire occurs in a cable line,the energy in the line will cause the fire to burn more and more vigorously,and it is easy to expand the scope of the accident and increase the number of personnel.Risk of injury or death and damage to equipment and property.Therefore,it is very important to study and realize the flame retardant of wires and cables.The use of flame retardant technology can effectively prevent the further spread of fire accidents,and at the same time,the monitoring,command,communication,fire protection and other work under fire accidents will not be greatly affected.On the basis of the existing flame retardant technology,in order to ensure that the physical properties and other properties of the material can meet the standards,the test of the flame retardant properties of wires and cables is carried out.
