300 MW循环流化床锅炉落煤管堵煤后在线疏通调整方法研究

摘要 随着国家碳达峰、碳中和政策的布局,以及化石能源的不可再生性和高污染,节能减排是当前大势所趋。面对当前煤炭价格持续高位徘徊,火电厂生存压力骤升,降本增效是火电可持续发展的必由之路。循环流化床锅炉的煤种适应性强,可燃烧煤泥和低热值煤种,节能降耗、降本增效的效果明显。但同时,煤泥等煤种的粘性较大,加之冬季环境温度较低,长期使用容易造成落煤管壁粘煤,进而堵塞落煤管,对锅炉燃烧及环保调整影响较大。在线疏通落煤管可以保证锅炉长周期连续运行,避免停炉导致的负荷、供热受限,避免经济效益和民生效益损失。 With the national policy layout of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,as well as the non-renewable and high pollution of fossil energy,energy conservation and emission reduction is the current general trend.In the face of the current high coal price,the survival pressure of thermal power plants has risen sharply,reducing costs and increasing efficiency is the only way for the sustainable development of thermal power plants.The coal type of the circulating fluidized bed boiler has strong adaptability,and can burn coal slime and low calorific value coal type,and the effect of saving energy,reducing consumption,reducing cost and increasing efficiency is obvious.At the same time,the viscosity of coal such as slime is relatively high,and the ambient temperature in winter is low.Long-term use will easily cause coal to stick to the wall of the coal drop pipe,thereby blocking the coal drop pipe,which has a great impact on boiler combustion and environmental protection adjustment.Online dredging of coal drop pipes can ensure long-term continuous operation of the boiler,avoid the load and heat supply limitation caused by the shutdown of the boiler,and avoid the loss of economic benefits and people’s livelihood benefits.
