摘要
“双减”政策是纾解家长教育焦虑的重要举措。研究表明,家长“双减”政策认知度为57.2%,教育焦虑比重为60.3%。“双减”政策实施后家长教育焦虑水平下降了10.6%,80.6%的家长表示教育焦虑有所缓解。“双减”政策对家长教育焦虑的缓解有显著的正向作用,且对家长教育变革焦虑、教育参与焦虑均有显著的缓解作用,但也增加了家长的教育获得焦虑。提升家长“双减”政策认知度及教育获得机会,完善学校课后服务体系和质量可以有效缓解家长教育焦虑。政府应积极消除治理负面效应,加强政策宣传力度,提高“双减”政策实施成效。同时通过完善课后服务体系与家校合作路径,纾解家长教育变革焦虑、教育获得焦虑和教育参与焦虑。
The“double reduction”policy is an important measure to relieve parents’educational anxiety.Parents’awareness of the“double reduction”policy was 57.2%,and the proportion of educational anxiety was 60.3%.After the implementation of the“double reduction”policy,the level of parents’educational anxiety decreased by 10.6%,and 80.6%of parents said that their educational anxiety had eased.For every increase in parents’awareness of the“double reduction”policy,the level of educational anxiety will decrease by 19 percentage points.The“double reduction”policy has a significant positive effect on alleviating parents’educational anxiety,and has a significant effect on alleviating parents’anxiety about educational reform and educational participation,but it also increases parents’anxiety about educational acquisition.Improving parents’awareness of the“double reduction”policy and education opportunities,and improving the after-school service system and quality can alleviate parents’educational anxiety.The government should actively eliminate the negative effects of governance,strengthen policy publicity,and improve the effectiveness of the implementation of the“double reduction”policy.At the same time,by improving the after-school service system and the path of home school cooperation,parents’anxiety about education reform,education acquisition and education participation can be alleviated.
