团队介入式音乐治疗对颅内肿瘤切除患者焦虑、疼痛的影响

Effect of team intervention music therapy on anxiety and pain of patients with intracranial tumor resection

目的:研究团队介入式音乐疗法对行颅内肿瘤切除术患者焦虑情绪、疼痛的影响。方法:选取2018年5月至2019年5月在某院就诊的颅内肿瘤行切除术患者80例,将患者按随机数字法随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者采用术后常规护理干预;观察组患者在对照组基础上通过团队介入式音乐疗法干预,两组均干预4周。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、疼痛等级评定量表评分(VAS)、Herth希望水平量表(HHI)、睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较两组患者干预前后的心理状态、痛感、希望水平、睡眠质量。结果:观察组患者干预后SDS、SAS得分上显著低于对照组(t=5.039,2.685;P<0.05);在干预2周、干预4周VAS得分上显著低于对照组(F组间=12.352,F时间=782.065,F组间×时间=7.028;P<0.05);在HHI各维度得分和总分上显著高于对照组(t=2.407,3.715,3.365,5.419;P<0.05);在PSQI各维度得分及总分均低于对照组(t=4.312,2.393,3.916,2.456,2.911,5.589,5.200,9.335;P<0.05)。结论:团队介入式音乐疗法应用于颅内肿瘤切除患者可调节其焦虑、抑郁情绪,缓解疾病带来的痛感、提高其对疾病治疗的希望水平和睡眠质量。

Objective:To study the effect of team intervention music therapy on anxiety and pain of patients undergoing intracranial tumor resection.Methods:A total of 80 patients with intracranial tumor undergoing resection in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine management intervention after operation.Patients in observation group were intervened by team intervention music therapy on the basis of control group, and both groups were intervened for four weeks.Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Pain Rating Scale(VAS),Herth Hope Level Scale(HHI)and Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used to compare the psychological state, pain, hope level and sleep quality of the two groups before and after intervention.Results:The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=5.039,2.685;P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two weeks and four weeks after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group(F=12.352,782.065,7.028;P<0.05).The scores and total scores of HHI were significantly higher than those of control group(t=2.407,3.715,3.365,5.419;P<0.05).In PSQI,the scores and total scores in all dimensions were lower than those in control group(t=4.312,2.393,3.916,2.456,2.911,5.589,5.200,9.335;P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of team intervention music therapy in patients with intracranial tumor resection can adjust their anxiety and depression, relieve the pain caused by the disease, and improve their hope for disease treatment and sleep quality.
