神经质对大学生手机依赖的影响:心理健康与表达抑制的中介作用

Relationship between nervousness and smartphone dependence among college students:The mediating effects of mental health and expressive suppression

目的:探讨神经质、心理健康、表达抑制和大学生手机依赖之间的关系。方法:采用艾森克人格量表、症状自评量表、情绪调节量表和手机依赖指数量表对1356名大学一年级本科生进行调查。结果:(1)神经质得分与手机依赖得分(r=0.376,P<0.01)、心理健康总分(r=0.638,P<0.01)均呈显著正相关;心理健康总分与表达抑制得分(r=0.067,P<0.01)、手机依赖得分(r=0.387,P<0.01)均显著正相关;表达抑制得分与手机依赖得分显著正相关(r=0.156,P<0.01);(2)神经质对手机依赖有直接的正向预测作用(0.219,95%CI:0.157~0.281),且能通过心理健康的独立中介作用(0.152,95%CI:0.112~0.193)、心理健康和表达抑制的链式中介作用(0.006,95%CI:0.001~0.014)两条路径影响手机依赖,中介效应占总效应的41.91%。结论:神经质不仅直接影响大学生手机依赖,而且还会通过心理健康和表达抑制对大学生手机依赖产生间接影响。因此,提高大学生心理健康水平、引导积极情绪调节方式的使用,是弱化神经质对大学生手机依赖形成影响的一条参考途径。

Objective:To explore the mediating role of mental health and expressive suppression between nervousness and smartphone dependence among college students.Methods:A total of 1356 college students were investigated using Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, Symptom Checklist 90,Emotion regulation questionnaire, and Mobile phone addiction index.Results:(1)The scores of nervousness was positively correlated with the scores of smartphone dependence(r=0.376,P<0.01),mental health(r=0.638,P<0.01);The scores of mental health was positively correlated with the scores of expressive suppression(r=0.067,P<0.01),smartphone dependence(r=0.387,P<0.01);The scores of expressive suppression was positively correlated with the scores of smartphone dependence(r=0.156,P<0.01).(2)Nervousness not only had a direct positive predictive effect on smartphone dependence(0.219,95%CI:0.157-0.281),but also affected smartphone dependence through two paths: the independent mediation of mental health(0.152,95%CI:0.112-0.193),and the chain effect of mental health and expressive suppression(0.006,95%CI:0.001-0.014).Conclusion:Nervousness not only directly affects smartphone dependence of college students, but also indirectly affects smartphone dependence through mental health and expressive suppression.
