摘要
目的:探讨农村订单定向医学生学校联结、学业成就、专业认同与积极学业情绪的关系及其内在机制。方法:采用学校联结量表、大学生一般学业情绪问卷和专业认同问卷对643名定向医学生进行问卷调查。结果:①定向医学生学业成就与学校联结、专业认同、积极学业情绪呈显著正相关(r=0.853,0.842,0.759;P<0.01);学校联结与专业认同、积极学业情绪均呈显著正相关(r=0.877,0.831;P<0.01);专业认同、积极学业情绪呈显著正相关(r=0.795,P<0.01);②学校联结对学业成就的影响通过3条路径发生作用,分别通过专业认同和积极学业情绪的独立中介作用,以及专业认同和积极学业情绪的链式中介作用,其中中介效应占总效应的39.65%、5.61%、2.34%。结论:学校联结对学业成就的影响路径是间接的,学校联结通过增强定向医学生专业认同,启动积极学业情绪进而提升其学业成就。
Objective:To explore the relationship between school bonging, academic achievement, professional identity and positive academic emotion of rural oriented medical students and its internal mechanism.Methods:Totally 643 rural oriented medical students were surveyed with School Bonding Scale, College Students’ General Academic Emotion Questionnaire and College Students’ Professional Identity Questionnaire.Results:①Correlation analysis showed that rural oriented medicalstudents’ academic achievement were significantly positive correlation with school bonding(r=0.853,P<0.01),professional identity(r=0.842,P<0.01)and positive academic emotion(r=0.759,P<0.01);There was significantly positive correlation between school bonding and professional identity(r=0.877,P<0.01)and positive academic emotion(r=0.831,P<0.01);There was significantly positive correlation between professional identity and positive academic mood(r=0.795,P<0.01).②The impact of school bonding on academic achievement taked effect through three paths, namely through the independent mediating role of professional identification and positive academic emotions, and the chain mediating role of professional identification and positive academic emotions, the intermediary effect accounted for 39.65%,5.61%,2.34% of the total effect.Conclusion:The influence of school bonding on academic achievement is indirect.School bonding can improve rural oriented medical students’ academic achievement by improving their sense of professional identity and positive academic emotions.
