摘要
数字传播技术的发展与迭代促进现代战争范式的转变与革新,信息传播行动不再是军事战场的附属品,而成为影响战争格局的重要力量。从“推特革命”到“WarTok”,社交媒体在战争领域、战争群体、战争技术三个基本变量上重塑着现代战争与社会冲突。社交媒体范式革新使认知战争进入全时全域状态,战争行动从物理领域扩大到社会领域。具有数字主体性的数字人是社交媒体“开源”战争的主要参与者,并具有去中心化组织特征。社交媒体既是计算宣传的主战场、战争新闻的生产与消费平台,也是网络化军事活动的技术支撑。当社交媒体平台重构了国际社会新型战略利益边界,平台作为“信息治理主体”与具有国籍属性的“全球化公司”之间的角色矛盾凸显,为维护国家数字主权和战略利益边界敲响警钟。
The development and iteration of digital communication technology have contributed to the transformation and innovation of the modern warfare paradigm. Information dissemination operations are no longer accessories to the military battlefield, but an important force influencing the warfare landscape. From the “Twitter Revolution” to “WarTok”, social media reshapes modern warfare and social conflict in three fundamental variables: the war domain, the war community, and the war technology. Social media innovation has brought cognitive warfare into an all-time and all-domain state, and its operations have expanded from the physical to the social sphere. Homo digitalis with digital subjectivity are characterized by the decentralized organization, and they are the main participants in the “new source” warfare of social media. Social media becomes the main battlefield for computational propaganda, the production and consumption platform for war news, and the technical support for networked military activities.
